Cali-N-Tito’s History

C ali-N-Tito’s to us is about bringing people together. People from all walks of life, and all different cultures. Cali-N-Tito’s is the place where a doctor and a landscaper can sit side by side on lunch break and enjoy the atmosphere and the food together. We want everyone that enters our restaurant to have a truly unique experience while they are enjoying our wonderful flavor and food.

In 1996, when our first restaraunt opened, it was a trailer with a very very small kitchen. Inside it was Bruno (owner) and his wife Lourdes. As time went on, the little trailer named Caliente Cab grew with the Athens community and became a gem. Throughout the years, Cali-N-Tito’s has become a go-to spot in Athens for many people and continues to be a place for everyone to enjoy. Our dream is to bring our latin thing to all people around the world.
